We aim to deliver our products and services at their upmost quality to provide customers with an excellent shopping experience. Despite all our attention, in case of any problems occur please contact us as soon as possible to resolve them.

Warranty:

All of our products are guaranteed for one year from the date of delivery to you. This guarantee covers structural issues, and not wear to finishes etc. Alteration to the piece or mistreatment nullifies this guarantee.

The customer shall inspect the goods on delivery and shall within 7 days of delivery notify the Company of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or sum of order.

Availability:

Products are subject to availability; in the case of a product you like is out of stock we can get it manufactured for you, depending on the quantity you like to order.

Minimum Order:

Currently we offer a no minimum order but there is a £5 (excluding VAT) order handling fee for any order placed below £250 (excluding VAT).

Delivery Charges:

Orders placed over £1500 (excluding VAT) are delivered free of charge, for the addresses in the UK Mainland only. For orders placed below £1500 (excluding VAT), our delivery charges vary depending on the address and county. For outside UK deliveries please contact us.

Refund: 

In the case you receive faulty, damaged or broken product we will either refund you in full less the delivery or replace the item with a similar one in value depending on your preference.

Timing:

For the stocked items our delivery time is 2-3 working days whereas for the made to order items our usual delivery time is between 5-7 weeks, Delivery times however may be longer during busy times of the year like Christmas and New Year. In the event of late delivery happening we will try to keep you updated but no compensation can be given.

Cancellation & Alteration of Order

Orders including stocked items can be cancelled until it is dispatched and you can ask for a refund less £10 order handling fee. Once the order is dispatched it can not be altered or cancelled.

Orders partly or fully including made to order items cannot be cancelled or altered.
